What is a concierge medical practice?
PrimeHealth was established to provide exceptional, personalized care. We still accept insurance and provide comprehensive primary care — the annual membership fee allows us to spend more time with you and offer a higher level of service than traditional practices can.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes — we recommend keeping your health insurance or Medicare. We are in-network with most major plans and submit claims on your behalf. Copays and deductibles remain your responsibility. Your membership fee is separate.
How much does membership cost?
The annual fee is $2,450 per person — payable annually, quarterly ($612.50), or monthly ($204.17 with auto-draft). One dependent teen or young adult aged 15–25 is included free per adult member.
What insurance plans do you accept?
Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Crescent Health, United Healthcare, and many others. Contact us to confirm your specific plan.
What does 24/7 physician access mean?
As a member you have access to your physician 24/7 via phone call for urgent medical needs. When your physician is on vacation you will immediately be able to speak with a partner physician.
How do I get started?
